Parents acknowledge that educational records, attendance records, assessment information, payment information, and communications may be maintained electronically.

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are employed to protect confidential information; however, no electronic storage system or Internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

FUNetix does not intentionally collect information unrelated to providing educational services.

Except where legally required or voluntarily provided by a parent, we generally do not request:

  • Social Security numbers;
  • financial account passwords;
  • biometric identifiers;
  • unrelated medical records; or
  • sensitive personal information not needed for enrollment or instruction.

  • provide reading instruction;
  • monitor educational progress;
  • communicate with families;
  • maintain attendance records;
  • process payments;

Protecting children’s privacy is one of our highest priorities.

Parents or legal guardians control enrollment decisions and generally serve as the primary point of contact regarding their child’s information.

During enrollment we may maintain educational records including:

  • reading assessments;
  • lesson completion;
  • attendance;
  • instructional notes;
  • tutoring recommendations;
  • progress reports;
  • conference notes; and
  • communications related to instruction.

These records help us provide individualized educational services and monitor student progress over time.

FUNetix does not sell or rent student or parent personal information.

We may share information only when reasonably necessary, including with:

  • payment processors;
  • scheduling software providers;
  • secure technology vendors;
  • educational software providers supporting our instructional services;
  • emergency responders when necessary to protect health or safety;

Photographs and video recordings taken solely for security, documentation, classroom operations, or educational purposes may be maintained as part of normal Center operations.

A student’s identifiable image, name, testimonial, or likeness will not be used for marketing, advertising, fundraising, public relations, social media, or promotional materials without the parent’s separate written authorization through the FUNetix Media Release.

Parents may decline marketing use of their child’s image without affecting enrollment.

When you visit our website, certain information may be collected automatically, including:

FUNetix may use reputable third-party providers for payment processing, scheduling, educational software, website hosting, cloud storage, email delivery, and related operational services.

These providers maintain their own privacy practices. We encourage families to review the privacy policies of any third-party services they use directly.

Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, such as our website, email, or enrollment portal.
